Ebony Mahone- Bailey is a professional educator that has worked in early childhood education as a teacher and administrator for two decades. She is passionate about educating young children and providing support for the teachers that serve preschool age children. She currently works as a program coordinator for two child development facilities where she provides mentoring, coaching, and support to new and current staff members in the areas of classroom management, staff- child interactions, curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and portfolio assessments. In her spare time Ebony enjoys spending time with her husband and children.
