My Best Year was written for teachers in every level of education. Year after year educators start the school year off strong, focused, and highly motivated, but too often because of “teacher burnout” this is not how they finish the year. The purpose of this journal is to supply educators with a tool that will aid them in developing a plan to remain present, engaged, and motivated throughout the entire school year. My Best Year is designed to provide educators with an intentional focus on their purpose and what they are working to accomplish in their classrooms each year.
